Return Policy

If you have changed your mind, you may return a product within 14 days of order delivery.

Returned products must be in undamaged condition, with original tags not removed, anti-use tags and hygienic strips not removed, and in the original packaging. In particular, they must not have been worn, used, washed or altered in any way. Return of incomplete, damaged, used or altered products in any way will not be accepted. Packaging of products must be accurate in order to safeguard the original wrappings from damage, affixing of writing or labels. In the case of product returns related to orders that also contain complimentary products, complimentary products must also be returned.

If your return does not comply with our return policy, we will not be able to accept it. You will be contacted by our Customer Service Department and, if you have already returned the products to our warehouse, you will have to arrange for their pickup at your own expense.

If your return complies with our return policy, a refund will be issued as soon as the return arrives at our warehouse and the items have been inspected. 
We will then issue the refund immediately and send a confirmation email. Refund times vary depending on the payment method used to place the order. Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take a few days to see the credit on your statement. For any further information, please feel free to contact us at ccare@cc.philosophyofficial.com.

The company is not liable for user's failures and/or carelessness in filling out the return formats nor for damages attributable to the courier and/or carrier that will be chosen at the user's discretion and cost.

How to make a return

If you are a registered user, complete the online return process by logging into your account and clicking on "My Orders". Click on the "Make Return" button located next to your order number, and follow the on-screen instructions until your return is successfully registered.

If you are not a registered user, the return must be requested by completing the appropriate online form available in the "Return Request" section found in the footer.

Look at the mailbox you specified when ordering, you will receive an email confirming that your return request has been taken care of. In this email you will find the instructions to follow to ship the products you want to return.

The return of the goods must be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you registered your return request.

On the first business day following the creation of your return, the UPS courier will come by the shipping address indicated in your order to pick up your package.
You do not need to be in possession of the return label; the courier itself will apply it to the outside of the package at the time of pickup.

Shipping costs of returned products

The return service is free of charge, except where expressly specified in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Below is the explicit cost for returns from non-EU countries listed below:

  • Australia, New Zealand: USD 25;
  • Canada, CAD 23;
  • Switzerland, Liechtenstein: EUR 16;
  • United Kingdom: GBP 12;
  • Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore: USD 35;
  • Japan: YEN 5,000;
  • South Korea: USD 35;
  • Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates: USD 35;
  • India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam: USD 35;
  • Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Peru: USD 35;
  • USA: USD 15.

 

These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any customs charges for returns from non-EU countries will be borne by Philosophy.
