UPS makes deliveries during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. After an unsuccessful first delivery attempt, the courier will take your package to the nearest UPS Access Point, if available in your area. You will receive a UPS InfoNotice with all the necessary instructions and information for pickup.
If there is no pickup point in your area, the courier will make two additional delivery attempts. After that, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
To pick up your order at the UPS Access Point, you will need to present a valid ID; if you are unable to collect the package personally, you can authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf. If the package is not picked up within 10 days, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we will process a refund.
Alternatively, you can contact the courier to arrange a second delivery attempt at no additional cost.
Delivery is estimated to take 1-2 business days within Italy, 1-5 business days within the EU, and for all other destinations.
All orders are processed automatically, so it is not possible to modify shipping and delivery times. Carriers do not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays; delivery times may experience delays during Italian holidays. For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs procedures may cause delays beyond our original estimated delivery times.

Depending on the payment method used, it may take up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received, we will send you an email to confirm the refund has been processed. All refunds will be automatically issued to the payment method used for the order. The amount will be available in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
For security reasons, we cannot refund to a card other than the one used for the purchase.
It is not possible to return a personalized product. The sale of these products is final and does not allow for returns.

The only step you need to take to benefit from the Repair Bonus as a citizen is to identify a certified cobbler or alteration specialist on the Refashion card, so that you can entrust your garment or shoe to him for repair (depending on your repairer's qualifications) and benefit from the Repair Bonus directly on your final invoice.
